    1. Re: [CREEK-SOUTHEAST] Brashears and Dees
    2. Hello, NOTE: There's a woman out there named Kathy who has a huge site. She's just "decided" that Charles Weatherford, b. 1752, was married to her Wright relative and that they gave birth to a Catherine Georgia Weatherford. I've seen NOTHING to substantiate this. There is no Brashear in the Indices or Bibliography of the Hastie-Thompson book on Red Eagle; however, there IS a "Brazier's Landing" (later French's Landing), between the Tombigbee and the Alabama Rivers, SE of Fort Madison, AL War of 1812. My Eggleston book spells it Brasier's Landing. We have a Dees relative and a Sizemore relative on this List. I'm interested in Weatherfords. Welcome! gmw
