I read in a rootsweb article that he was also called Far Off Warrior and Little Prince. I thought this would clear some things up for me, but Halbert and Ball say Far Off Warrior was killed during the attack on Ft. Mims and this is a problem since Hawkins refers to Little Prince as being alive years after the battle. Hawkins also refers to him being both a Lower Creek and an Upper Creek on different occasions, so I'm pretty confused. Did Far Off Warrior survive Ft. Mims or was there more than one mico who also went by Little Prince? I'd be extremely grateful if anyone could further my understanding of who this mysterious person was who seemed to play such a large role at the beginning of the Creek War. thanks John Braden Notes on the Creek Indians http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/creeknotes/index.htm Early Creek History http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/creek/early-history/ Migration Legend of the Creek Indians http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/creek/migration/ ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to CREEK-SOUTHEAST-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
