My Kelly family were called "Black Irish" when I was small. When the old house was torn down, there was a picture of an Indian woman, "Ma Kelly". By the time I saw the picture, someone had written "Choctaw" on it. Ma Kelly was Nancy Deen/Dean, grand daughter of Drury Deen of Conecuh Co. AL. She married Gabriel Kelly in 1868. Her mother was said to be Martha Reid/Reed. Gabriel Kelly was the son of James D. Kelly b. Al. /1824, & Sara Lee b. Darlington Co. SC 1826. Hope someone can help me clear this up. Sharon Dean Agte
