Hi, My name is Kim Everett. I have been helping my mother in law research her family tree. She is stuck on her great grandmother. Do you take projects for pay? The name of the person is Amanda Dunn. She was married to Jacob Dunn. My mother in law said the family always said she was Creek. They lived in Uriah, Ala. Their daughter married Jacob Taylor. We know he was full Creek. Thanks, Kim Everett ________________________________ From: creek-southeast-bounces@rootsweb.com on behalf of gc-gateway@rootsweb.com Sent: Sun 11/22/2009 4:17 PM To: CREEK-SOUTHEAST-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [CREEK-SOUTHEAST] Creek family tree This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Kim: This is some of my cousin William Timothy's line that I and he asked you to contact us about after I discovered it due to the fact your mother in law asked about Clyde Timothy and Ruby Taylor. As I have it, Jacob Dunn b. 18 Sep 1847 married Amanda M. Everage b Jun 1850. They had a daughter named Mary E. Dunn b abt 1875 d 19May1951. There may have been more siblings, but I only have the daughter listed. This Mary E. Dunn married Paton Taylor b April 1860, m. 21 Jul 1887 d 19 May 1930. Ruby Taylor was born from them Nov 1890, d Apr 1981 and she is buried near Clyde E. Timothy and his wife Ida Dunn Timothy. They also may of had more siblings, pretty sure there was a brother at least.....someone will know that researches this line. Ruby married Oscar Dunn (ALL I have on him) They had Ida Dunn Timothy who married Clyde Edward Timothy, son of my uncle Jessie Martin Timothy brother of my daddy, James Alexander (Alec) Timothy. Jessie Martin Timothy was named after my great great grand daddy Jessie Dees and his son, my great grand daddy (Wm) Martin Dees. That's the run down on the Dunn's and Taylor's that I have for my cousin in that line. Now, I will give you information from Paton Tunsal Taylor back a ways. Remember Paton married Mary E. Dunn. Payton's daddy was George Washington Taylor who married Mary Matilda Colbert. I don't have any more on Gorge. But Mary MATILDA Colbert's daddy was William Colbert and her mother was Celia Sizemore. No more on William Colbert. Celia Sizemore's daddy was Arthur Sizemore b. abt 1765 who married Mary Polly Bailey b. abt 1770. No more on Arthur. Mary Polly Bailey's dad was Richard Bailey and mom was Mary Polly Durant of the Wind Clan. Mary Polly was first married to Richard or his name was Dixon Bailey and after his death she married William Sizemore. I believe Mary Polly Durant was the grand daughter of the Chief of the Wind Clan....think that is the way the story goes. I hope this gives you or someone ammo to go on, if not...it's all I have on this. There are some on this message board that are in this line and maybe they will respond. If not, there are a couple of pros that does this for a living....God help them! :) TIM TIMOTHY ----- Original Message ----- From: "MS - Everett, Kim" <keverett@ossdms.org> To: <gc-gateway@rootsweb.com>; <creek-southeast@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, November 23, 2009 6:02 PM Subject: Re: [CREEK-SOUTHEAST] Creek family tree > Hi, My name is Kim Everett.
