James B. Ward had a dau., Mary that married James Monroe Davis. James' father, Thomas came from GA. and his brother Jonas Davis married Clarissa Prevatt. In Clarissa's mother was Elizabeth Ward and she died in henry Co., Ala. It is believed her father was either William or David Ward of robeson Co., N.C. Elizabeth like james B. Ward was part cherokee. I don't know of a Frank Ward but James Monroe Davis and Mary had a grandson named Frank Davis. I am looking for more info on Elizabeth Ward Prevatt Ebe(Ibe) because we think their might be a connection between James B. Ward and Elizabeth Ward Prevatt.
