No matter how hard I tried to get my money back it won't happen. Now the credit card they had information on has expired, and they are now beginning to hound me to re-subcribe. No way! I submitted my family tree so others could benefit from my labors, only to find I need a subscription for the information I gave them. I think the copyright laws might be violated when they sell my information. After tax season is over, I going to explore this further.
