Surnames: chisholm -pillow Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/5R.2ADI/950 Message Board Post: i know that my grandmother name was emily L chisholm and she was listed on the 1820 al. cenus as cherokee but i am wondering if she wasnt a creek?this seems to be the only emily chisholm i have come across and we dont know where she is buried at or my grandfather either but the dates are wrong but i feel their is a connection somewhere-HELP * i have looked and looked but it is so hard if you can help me please/-pearl ,she married a william barnes , and he had his name changed to pillow in 1820 also and i have heard from other folks that pillow is an old indian name
