I just received a copy of the death certificate of Celia Ann Frances Campbell Scott, daughter of Elijah Campbell & Caroline Vines. According to her death certificate, she died after 2 years of treatment for cancer (face) in 1938. Celia was my grandmother's grandmother, my gggrandmother. This lends more credence to a possible genetic link . . . Is anyone aware of this occurring in other branches of the Campbell or Menawa lines? Celia was granddaughter to Charity, sister to Menawa.
