NEED to know about membership for my grandkids. Their father is adopted, by a card carrying Creek. The "father" on his birth certificate names him as father. Does this mean my grandkids father can be a member? and therefore, them? if elgible, what do we need to apply and where do we get the application? we also have creek on our side, not proven though. thanks in advance.
