I am not sure that White Horse Medlin was Creek, he might have been Cherokee. (I have both in my lineage). His daughter Gatsey Medlin was an ancestor. She moved to southern Alabama and lived with other ancestors who were Creek. Gatsey was b. in 1814 and since the Creeks and Cherokee were not friendly at the time I suspect that she was really Creek. Really looking for information on her father and a mother ( don't have her mother's name.) Chief White Horse was born about 1790. Jerry Cranford
