    3. Landmarks Foundation of Montgomery is sponsoring the fourth in a series of symposiums entitled "Alabama Frontier: Cultural Crossroads." This program will take place on January 29 at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts; the topic for this presentation is "The Creek War." Speakers include Drs. Jeanne and David Heidler,editors of "'The Encyclopedia of the War of 1812;" Drs.. Kathryn Braund, Greg Waselkov, John Hall,. Craig Sheldon, Jim Parker, director of Fort Toulouse and Ove Jensen, Ranger at Horseshoe Bend National Military Park. In additon to the speakers, there will be an exhibit of the McKenney and Hall Creek Indian prints dating from the early 19th century. Rgistration includes a morning coffee, drinks, snacks and lunch.
