Light, RH In times past, every home had a closet for herbs, an herbal medicine chest used for the remedies needed for commonplace health problems. These herbs were used to maintain good health, for food, at the first sign of colds or flu, for the common aches and pains associated with overwork or arthritis, and diarrhea, constipation and other digestive disorders. This class will focus on several herbs commonly used as herbal home remedies and answer your questions about specific health issues. All materials will be furnished and we’ll make up an herbal decoction and an infusion. Herbal teas, as decoctions or infusions, are one of our oldest forms of both beverages and medicines. Since the dawn of time, humans have been using herbal teas as food and medicine to help support body processes, enhance immunity and build good health. In addition, they support the healthy functioning of organ systems. Contact Two Blue Feathers for more information.
