Hi Julia, What format do you want the articles in? I wasn't going to do PDF, but didn't know if you wanted Word documents or something else. Subject: CREED Genealogy Newsletter - Christmas 2013 - 20 Year Catch-Up Edition The last CREED Genealogy Newsletter was published in 1993. That was 20 years ago. Hard to believe. With your help, we will publish another CREED Genealogy Newsletter by Christmas this year. We want to catch up on 20 years of research, etc. I have no idea how difficult it will be to get the CREED Genealogy Newsletter - Christmas 2013 - 20 Year Catch-Up Edition compiled. It will depend on the amount of information folks submit. Currently, we have a CREED Family Web Site on MyFamily.com. Each member of the MyFamily site or anyone else who hears about this project and wants to share information about their CREED family can submit as many pages as they like. Whatever they submit will show their name as the submitter. It can be a narrative, outline, snippets, pedigree charts, pictures, questions, etc. Just make certain that the article is complete when you send it to us. No articles from previous Creed Criers or Creed Genealogy Newsletters or other published works can be copied verbatim. The files can be in jpg, word, pdf, excel, etc. formats. Do not include photos or information about anyone under the age of 18 who is living. Do not include information about anyone born after 1913. All submissions for the Christmas 2013 Newsletter are to be emailed to both Julie and Nyla by 31 October 2013. We will have the month of November to get the Christmas 2013 Newsletter completed. We will post the Newsletter online as early as possible in December. Once we determine which web sites we will be posting the Newsletter, we will let you know. If you know someone doing CREED genealogy that will not see this announcement, please let them know. We want to get this out to everyone interested in CREED genealogy. Please share your CREED research. If it isn't received by both of us by 31 October, then it doesn't get included. That will give us time to compile the Newsletter, and you will have time to print the CREED Newsletter, and even bind it, to give as a Christmas present. Send your submission to both of us. Nyla CREED DePauk @[email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected]) and Julia Williams Kodak at [email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected]) . Remember 31 October is the deadline for you to send the information to both of us. If your not a member of the Creed My Family.com site, please join us. We have a lot of Creed information there along with discussions and photos. We are looking forward to receiving your submission for the 20 Year Catch-Up Edition of the CREED Genealogy Newsletter. Thank you. Hi Keith, I see you have joined the CREED Family Web Site. We would love to have you add information about your CREED line. If you have some free time, would you mind adding your line either to the Member Profile or to the Home page. Then Debbie can add your line to our outline file. Please add your email address to the Member Profile in case someone wants to write to you off line. Looking forward to learning more about your CREED line.
