Hi again I have in my records that Wm Henry Crecelius's second wife was Ella Forrest whom he married on 1 September 1872 in Meade County, KY, and that he died in 1905. This is from a family tree that I have not validated on each fact, so I would use it as 'suggestions' or clues rather than facts, but at least it points the way for further research. He appears in the Meade County KY censuses through 1900 living with his wife, though, and I have seen those myself. Also, a Wm H Crecelius born in 1838 in Kentucky served with the Union 66th Regiment of the Indiana Infantry Company C, and it might have been him, though it seems that many Crecelius families had a Wm H in them. But if it is, you could get his military service records from the National Archives, that would give you more information about him maybe. There was a Crecelius Family Cemetery there in Paradise Bottom, Battletown, Meade County, KY and I would think that he would have been buried there with the rest of the family, b! ut I have no actual proof of it.
