I am interested in information on John Crawford; born 2 Aug 1784, probably in NY; died 8 Jun1869, probably in New York. He married Mary "Polly" Gale; who died 31 Aug 1863, Peekskill, Westchester Co., NY. They had one son, Ira Gale Crawford, born 11 Jun 1811, in Putnam Co., NY; married Sally Ann Newbury on 8 Jan 1834; he died 5 Nov 1886, in Hampton, Rock Island Co., IL.
