Thank you to all that responded to this message and let me know my posts are read. Tho those of you who responded they have not helped, sorry about that, I haven't been helped either... However, I have responded to some queries I posted a few days ago, hoping there will be a lead in one of them. I have one more post from this book to do in a few days. To my dismay, the counties I need are not included in it. If anyone has a Zilla, (also spelled Zillah , Zilley & Zealla), with her father John Crawford, please, please let me know. I "just know" she had siblings and a mother, but who were they, what happened to John and where were they from before Texas in 1837?. And to those that have not posted their Crawford line, please do so, it just may include a clue we need. There were and are Crawford's galore out there, surely there is a link to ours somewhere.
