Hi all, I too read every note in hopes. I am looking for proof of Hiram's parents. Hiram was 20 Feb 1822 in Pennsylvania and I show him as #6 in the family. I have been told by two different people who could possibly be his parents. They are William W. Crawford and Hannah Griffith. On these I was told that they were quakers and could not place parents with children in the same MM. I have told to check Washington, Greene, and Fayette counties. Would these link with any of yours!! Another person (thanks, Jeane) told me that William H. Crawford was Hiram's father. She is also looking for the mother. The person was news to me. Hiram followed is brother Israel Crawford who was disowned from the Quaker Church because he married out of the church. I have as other siblings as John, Wilson, Lydia, and Anne. I don't have spouses for John or Wilson but Lydia m. James Morris and Anne m. John Sharp. Mary Poe angels@midusa.net
