Hi, I'm helping my cousin in his research on the Crawford side of the family. It's pretty much a black hole as far as family history. ONLY thing I know is that the family had some connection with Iowa, and that my maternal grandmother, Verna Shaw (nee Crawford), was allegedly a distant cousin of Herbert Hoover.
