I lurk in the background waiting for something to connect to my line on Crawford L, but so far nothing. Bronwyn of NZ's letter has stirred me into asking this. I am hoping that the descendants (not ancestors - I have all these) of Alfred Galen Crawford will be reading this. Alfred Galen C. came to Australia in 1875. His brother Hiram (my Greatgrandfather) was already here. Alfred Galen was born to Galen Allen and Alvira (Noyes) Crawford in Oakham Ma. on March 21 1847. I have a list of his children in Australia. There was one girl, born in the US, who stayed there and married H. Dollman and moved to Ohio. I have not made contact with any of his descendants and would dearly love to.
