I, too, am searching for the parents of Jefferson Davis Crawford. I wish I could help you, but my Jefferson Davis Crawford was born about 1862 in Alabama. He married Zilpha Adeline Beavers in Tuscaloosa Co., Alabama, Sept. 1884. They traveled West to Lamar County, Texas, had two daughters, Viola and Mattie. If anyone has any information on a Jefferson Davis Crawford, surely it would be one of our ancestors. Good luck in your search.
