Looks as if each state has it's own marriage registry. I tried going to http://www.genexchange.com/us.cfm then clicking on a state name. That took me to the state exchange which listed things available to search (i.e., baptismal records, birth index, cemetery/burial index). It appears that the information here is based on individual submissions so would not be complete for any state/county, but you never know where you're going to find what you need so it's definitely worth a look-see!
