Chuck, Sorry this has taken a while, I have had company. I have searched through all of my Crawford data and finally came across what I had on Hezekiah. I am afraid that you will be disappointed because it appears that you already have looked in this source. I have his name on 2 printouts I have made from the AIS Searches (Accelerated indexes of Tax Lists and censuses from 1790-1870). For anyone who might not be acquainted with this resource, it is available at most LDS Family History Libraries as well as on Ancestry.com. This is what I had copied- it happened to be on the same page as my ancestor, Hugh Crawford: AIS Search 1: CRAWFORD, Hezekiah Scott Co, KY 179 30010-20100-00 1810 AIS Search 2: CRAWFORD, Hezekiah Fayette Co, KY No Twp Listed 1820 This is all that I have, he wasn't on the same page as Hugh on my later searches.
