Larry, I hope you get this-- Cousin Dale Crawford from Louisiana sent me this info on the Crawford Reunion. The reunion springs from Thomas Aaron Crawford, born 1865, Charlton County, Georgia, died 1920, Bradford County, Florida. Son of John C Crawford and Elizabeth Roberts. There was a Thomas Crawford (born about 1795, Effingham County, Georgia, died after 1880, Baker County, Florida) who was pastor of Emmaus Church in Charlton County, and who was the uncle of this John C Crawford. Because Thomas was a fairly common name among Crawfords, there may have been other Thomas Crawfords in Charlton County as well.
