    3. If it is 1941 you could write to the State Vital Statistics and get a death certificate. You can get one here in Ky. for only $6.     3. I got her death certificate and it doesn't list the cemetery only a funeral home Blount Funeral Home (in Augusta, Ga) who merged with C. A. Reid Funeral Home, the files might be in storage. Their was a church list St. Katherine, in kathwood, SC but I seem to find it.
