I have received some recent notifications of DNA matches from Family Tree DNA, however I realized I can't recall having seen any postings from this list lately. My cousin took the DNA test for our line, and we are part of the Lineage 1 Group. I believe our earliest known ancestor is John Crawford of Rutherford Co. NC who received land grants in that county in the late 1700's, post Rev. War. Is there anyone else in the list group who has participated in the DNA testing who is part of Group 1 and can trace their line back to NC, particularly the Rutherford Co. area?
