Wells James Henry ( 1736-1812) This material is too lengthy for me to attempt. to type, however JAMES CRAFORD is mentioned as being a neighbor in the 1790 census .He witnessed a will made by James Henry in 1811. James Henry's widow was MARY and this article indicates she was born a CRAWFORD," one of a larger northern York District family which came there from Ireland after the Rev. War & had no relationship to the colonial CRAWFORD family of the Waxhaw settlement". Issue of James Henry, Senr & his wife MARY CRAWFORD : MARTHA HENRY B. 11/1/1788, maried William McGill. MARY ERWIN HENRY b. ca 1789 d. 7/1/1858 age 69., she never married. Following the above, an article regarding William & MARTHA HENRY McGill appears, again too lengthy.
