    3. Marian: The parents and wife of Charles are my brick wall. I do know he fought throughout the Revolutionary War. I have found a Charles Crawford that served as a private in the 7th, 9th and 13th Virginia regiments. A Bounty Land Warrant 12000-100-20 was issued to a Charles. He was a native of Virginia, and moved later in life to Warren County, KY where he died. His children were James, John, and Abel all three of whom served in the War of 1812. Other sons were William, Isaiah and Josiah Wilson Crawford. Josiah was born in 1801or 1802 in Warren county, KY. He died 10/3/1863 in Fulton County, Ill. Josiah Wilson Crawford was married to Lydia Sears. They the following children: Henry P. B. 8/22/1822 D. 2/15/1879 (Interesting history) John B. Josiah W Joseph A B 1847 Elizabeth B 1831 Harriet B 1841 Sylvia B 1822 His wife, Lydia Sears B 1810 or 1812 I have additional information on Henry P. and his decedents, if anyone is interested. I also have some information on a Charles that may or may not be the one we're looking for. If interested I'll email it directly to you. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marian Harrison" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 16, 2007 12:29 AM Subject: Re: [CRAWFORD] (no subject) > Where in Virginia was this Charles Crawford from? 2. There appears to be a problem with either Lydia's or Henry's birth dates.? Also, take a look at Sylvia's birth date. I have been following this e-mail traffic in the off chance that Charles was connected to the Amherst Co. VA Crawfords. 16 Aug 2007 11:59 am Subject: Re: [CRAWFORD] (no subject) Marian: The parents and wife of Charles are my brick wall. I do know he fought throughout the Revolutionary War.
