LAMAR, SC — On this date, Feb. 28, 2008, Anne Keefe Crawford went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Mrs. Crawford was born in Lake City, a daughter of the late James C. and Doris Hyman Keefe. She graduated from Hannah-Pamplico High School. She was a member of Florence Baptist Temple, where she was a member of the Mature Adult Co-Ed Sunday School Class. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Kenneth Ray Crawford of the home; son, Christopher M. (Rachel) Crawford of Lamar; daughter, Tina C. (Rev. Charles) Modrell, of Laurinburg, N.C.; brothers, Jim Keefe of Florence and Dallas Keefe of Patrick; and seven grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the McLeod Hospice House, P.O. Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2008, at Florence Baptist Temple. Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
