I will add my 2 cents. I clicked on this message the other day and immediately, realized my mistake. As soon as you can, click on your control panel, choose recovery and once there, choose system restore. It will only put your computer the way it was 2-3 days earlier (your choice), without losing anything like email or documents. If you installed any programs in those couple of days, they will have to be reinstalled. Easy fix.
