I've "rescued" an old photograph of Pauline GILMORE of Webb City, MO which was likely taken in the early 1900's. Pauline appears to be about 3 years old at the time it was taken. Based on limited research and thanks to a LAIRD Family Researcher I was able to gather the following information regarding Pauline and her family: Lila Pauline GILMORE was b. 9 Sept 1905 in Webb City, MO to parents Charles Lafayette GILMORE (1856-1917) and Louisa Caroline NOBLITT (1864-1941). Lila Pauline was one of 10 children born to this couple including, Edward A.; Myrtle B.; Minnie A.; Ida Lee; Amber Milton; Jim W.; Wilfred Ivan; Flossie; Luther; and Lila Pauline GILMORE, all born between 1880 and 1905. Lila Pauline married three times, first to Koen McKinley LAIRD (1900-1969) who she married in 1927 (she was his second wife) with whom she had two children, James McKinley LAIRD (1928-d. 1939 when he fell from a roof while his Mother was in the hospital giving birth to her third child) and Joanna Beverly LAIRD (1931-d. 1934 when she drowned). Their daughter was born in Alameda Co. CA and that is also where their son died, the couple divorced prior to the death of their son James. Her second marriage was to David Francis CRAWFORD (1898-1954) sometime prior to 1938 in Alameda Co. CA, together they had one son, John Charles CRAWFORD (1939-d. 1992 in Kern Co. CA). Lila Pauline's third husband was Lynn Ferry UTLEY (1899-1971) on 26 Jun 1957 in Kern Co. CA. Lila Pauline d. 30 Oct 1989 in Bakersfield, CA. Census records provide the following details: 1910 census of Webb, MO: Charlie GILMORE, age 53, born MO Louise GILMORE, wife, age 46, born MO Minnie GILMORE, dau, age 24, born MO Ivan GILMORE, son, age 16, born MO Pauline GILMORE, dau, age 4, born MO + 3 Boarders I am hoping to find someone from Pauline's family so that I can return the photograph to their care.
