    3. Sheila - Rootsweb has a Help Desk which answers as many questions as they can. The problem you are having is very common but is not that easily taken care of. They have made a page to guide Subscribers of Mailing Lists on how to get changeovers taken care of.... http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/addresses/#lists Scroll to the right area for Mailing Lists. My suggestion is.....If you have only a FEW Posts in the Crawford Mailing List, use the Archvie Search below, find those that you'd sent by searching for that old eMail address in the List of interest....COPY the message you had sent and then PASTE it into a new post using the new address when you've RE-SUBSCRIBED with the new address. If you want to add new data, or change the way it was structured, you can do that when you RE-POST. The way someone would access your OLD post is by searching for their ancestor's name, so both your old post and the NEW post would come up as they have the same names in them. Keep the Subject line quite similar to the old so it will come up in the list near the old posting you sent. Maybe add the word UPDATED to the Subject Line so it could be noticed as being newer than the old one. Archive Search for any Rootsweb Mailing List... http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/search You need the Advanced Search to search a particular List. Keyword Search searches ALL the Lists, in case you had other Posts worthy of a Re-Send.
