Skip donation requests. www.deadfred.com The local Genealogical Society here in Bartlesville [near Tulsa, OK] is doing a whole program on DeadFred this month. We are going to learn how to send photos in and learn how they are viewable. I have collected dozens of orphaned studio photos, all had to have names written on them. I've mostly posted to Rootsweb Lists and Message Boards and found homes for maybe 20% of these. Sometimes they did not want the photo, but only a scan of it. I'll be learning how to get all these sent to DeadFred. It may be a better method for me to just send them in a big box to their HQ. I'll be asking that question of the speaker.
