I hope all listers & those new to the list had a nice Christmas. I am looking for information on my grandmother CLARE M. CRAWFORD b about 1857-67 in either MI/OH/IN. Very little known of her family Their is a CLARE CRAWFORD listed on familysearch. Org. a daughter of ROBERT CRAWFORD & M. BUCKLEY on census in 1860 in IN (county not known). Her siblings were JOHN (W?) CRAWFORD & CLAUDIA CRAWFORD. A ROBERT CRAWFORD is on the 1880 census in Coldwater, MI, Branch County. CLARE CRAWFORD m BENJAMIN FRANK HARRIS b Coldwater, MI 1857-60 (date unknown). IN 1893 they apparently were in DeKalb Co., IN, in town of Butler<IN on OH border where my father, also a BEN HARRIS, was b 17APR1893. Fairly sketchy details, but hopefully a name may stand out & we can find some connections during the new millennium. Regards, RHarris

Hi All While searching for one of my Crawfords I came across this: Crawford,D.N born 1829,died 1865 in and buried LaPorte,California. Laporte was originally called Rabbit Creek and was part of Yuba county:then part of Sierra county:and in 1854 became part of Plumas county.Hope this helps someone! Thomas Crawford

He was born May 22, 1924 in Texas. He was owner & founder of Crawford Oil Well Service. He lived in Hobbs for 18 years. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy ; two sons, Larry & Dwight Crwford,; a daughter, Carolyn Olson; two stepsons, Brad & Ron Burgess; a brother, J.T, Crawford; a sister, Olena smalley 11 grandchildren & one ggrandchild.
