The Raymond Banks we are looking for was a member of the British Allied occupation forces in Germany immediately following the second World War. He was stationed in the North Rhein-Westphalia region, perhaps in or near the city of Detmold. We are not sure, but suspect that he may be related to my wife's side of the family.
