    1. Searching for Raymond Banks

    3. I trust that you don't mind my contacting you via your mailing list. I found your contact info at http://lachlan.bluehaze.com.au/cranswick_clan/ and I am hoping that you may be able to help my wife and me to find Raymond Banks or his surviving family. The Raymond Banks we are looking for was a member of the British Allied occupation forces in Germany immediately following the second World War. He was stationed in the North Rhein-Westphalia region, perhaps in or near the city of Detmold. We are not sure, but suspect that he may be related to my wife's side of the family. We would be grateful if you can assist us in any way. Even a negative response would assist by eliminating your Raymond Banks from our future efforts. Thanks in advance, Phil & Edie Maier.
