Cranston, 82, died Feb. 13, 2011. He was born Feb. 7, 1929, to James and Annie O'Donnell Cranston. Cranston was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters, Rose Kearney, Mary McDonagh, Annie Greer, Eileen Tully Brook and Margaret Fahey. He is survived by his wife, Angeline Cranston; sister, Lily Hassard; and two daughters, Margaret Harms and Shaun Mettler. He also had three grandchildren. A funeral mass was celebrated by Fr. Jerry Woodman Thurs., Feb. 17, at St. Phillips Catholic Church in Woodland.
