Cranston May 30, 1942-Nov. 22, 2009 Jim Cranston, age 67, of Santa Clara, passed away on Nov. 22, 2009. Jim was born in Casper, WY, to Grace and Wally Cranston. In Dec 1955 the family moved to Sunnyvale, CA where Jim graduated from Sunnyvale High in 1961. After graduation, Jim owned several businesses including a sheet metal fabrication shop and the Normandy House Lounge in Santa Clara. Jim is survived by his brother Jerry, sister-in-law Lynette and his brother Tom. He is also survived by his nieces Lisa, Deanna and Julie, and nephew Steve. There will be a wake on Sat. Nov. 28, at the Normandy House from 3-6pm.
