No sorry, I have no knowledge of any Cranstons in New Zealand. Where are your Cranstons from in Ireland? That wouold help us a lot. All we know is that our Cranstons were in Montreal, Quebec in 1848 - can't find where they came from in Ireland. You posted this several years ago so not sure if you'll get this but I have a small amount of info on Ann. She was sent to Oz with her 5yr old daughter Priscilla. Priscilla then married William Hitchins when she was 15 (he was 32!). He was also a convict, sent over for housebreaking. They had nine kids together, but 2 died as babies. I did a bit of digging and found that Baillie Robert Cranston was born in about 1815 and died in 1892.
