Donna: I am not sure where the Alexander and Sarah Craig fit in that I inquired about. However, definitely in my family is another Alexander Craig. His parents were Charles CRAIG and Rachel Ashby, my g.g. grandparents. Charles was born in Ross Co., Ohio. He married Rachel and they moved on to IN. Their Alexander was born in IN. I received this information from a gracious lady who is also researching the CRAIGS of Ohio, Caroline Semper. Caroline has that their Alexander was born in 1841-1842 in IN. From IN they moved on to McLean Co., IL where Rachel and Charles are buried. I do not know if Alexander moved to IL with them or not, nor do I know who he married, or if he did marry. The only information I have on him is what I have written in this note. I do have other siblings of Rachel and Charles, one of whom,(Nancy) is my g.grandmother. Is this Alexander in your family?
