Hello List! I am reasearching Craigs from PA, especially in Venago Co. I have been working on the same guy for over a year! Jesse Russell Craig was a civil war vet. He married Nancy Moore(b. 1839 d. 1927). Jesse was born in 1828 in maybe PA or NY (only god knows where). He died in 1898 in Oregon. They had a large family. The following is the list of there children: *John William 1865-1924 Eliza Jeanette 1867-1911 Brinton Webley 1868-1901 Robert W. 1870-1912 Julia 1874-1953 Charles F. 1877-1878 Jessie Rose 1882-1971 Clyde C. 1885-1911 *John is my line. Jesse had at least two brothers, Darius & Robert. I think that Darius was also refered to as William, but he could be another brother. I swear I must be the only one researching this man.
