Euleta M. Craig Euleta M. Craig, 88, 0f Dover, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003, at her home. A daughter of the late Jack and Minnie Brashears McCain, she was born April 22, 1915, in the Pleasant Grove Community near Dover. She was the widow of Scott Turner and Cecil C. Craig, and was also preceded in death by two children, two brothers and three sisters. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Dover, where she was the last charter member. She had served for over twenty years as the church secretary. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Virginia Turner of Hector; two daughters and sons-in-laws: Laverne and W.B. Meadows of Dover; and Elaine and Walker H. Hagar II of Van Buren; eight-grandchildren and five gandchildren-in-law: Linda and John H. Jones and Eddie and Brenda Meadows, all of Crow Mountain; David and Velma Meadows, Dennis and Marsha Meadows and Scott and Carol Meadows, all of Dover; Melissa Turner of Bryant; Susan Turner of Canada; and James Bradford of Fort Smith; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services were Saturday at the Dover First Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Herb Tilley and Rev. A.E. "Bo" Coffman officiating. Burial was in Pollard Cemetery near Dover, by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. Active pallbearers were David, Eddie, Scott and Dennis Meadows, Walker H. Hagar II, and Marshel Watson. Honorary pallbearers were James Bradford, and her great-grandsons. Memorials may be made to the Pollard Cemetery Association Fund, c/o Regions Bank, Post Office Box 334, Dover, Arkansas 72837. Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are. This is here as a lasting memorial for Mrs. Craig.
