    3. My husband's gg-grandfather was a George Washington Craig. He fought in the Indian Wars in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and was involved in the chase of Chief Joseph. My husband's g-grandmother was Mary Craig, who was too young to remember her father, as he apparently died rather young. Could we be talking about the same man?
