Craig, Jr., 83 yrs, my father. Amongst many other accomplishments he was the author of Burchfield Craig: Two Pittsburgh Families which documents know information about the Craig, Burchfield, Staunton families. The Craigs in this instance are descendants of William Craig and Mary Gamble. Dad's obituary is attached and if you would like further geneological information please see www.burchfieldcraig.org. Dad was the son of Albert B. Craig<-George L. Craig<-Joseph Craig<-John Craig<-William Craig. He was also descended from the Burchfiel, Staunton and Gibson families. A life well lived that ended painlessly and reasonably quickly surrounded by family. What more can you ask for except to somehow temper his widow's grief at the loss of her devoted husband after 61 years of marriage?
