Her email bounced back. I wanted to ask her a question about her ABBETT line, but maybe one of you can help me. I am trying to determine the parentage of my ggggrandmother, Manerva Catherine ABBETT(S)/ABBOTTS/ABBOTT wife of Samuel "Huston" ALEXANDER. She was born abt. 1834 in TN, possibly Sumner County, as that is where she and Samuel were married in 1856. I believe her father's name may have been George ABBETTS. I saw Ida's post regarding a man by that name and was hoping that she would you be so kind as to check and see if her George ABBETTS had a daughter named Manerva Catherine born in the 1830s? Perhaps one of you has shared information with her, that you would share with me? I will gladly share what information I have on Manerva Catherine and her descendants with you.
