James: Your offer of the picture of the house was a wonderful gesture. But the last Craig in my lines was long before photographs, so I knew it was of no importance to me. That is why I didn't respond. Perhaps I should have at least let you know how nice of you I thought it was though. I do know the feeling of frustration in receiving no response to offers of help.
