Once again we have seen the peaceful Transition of Power take place here in the United States of America. This is a time, for those of us seeking our ancestral roots in this great nation, to reflect on the sacrifices our ancestors made to make all of this possible. The living reality of our ancestors was called before me today when our new President George W Bush, in his inagural speech, quoted an ancestor of my Cato Family, John Page, writing to Thomas Jefferson. I have to admit to you Craig Cousins......I was so moved, the hairs on the back of my neck rose and then I was reduced to tears. I felt our ancestors blood stir in my veins.....and I am so grateful to them for the gift of this wonderful country that they built for us.
