I, too, am blessed with a William; mine is William Graham Craig b. ca 1821 Hamilton Co., OH, married Amelia Paulina Bailey in Edgar Co, IL 1845. Their daughter Mary Louise ended up in Cass Co., NE. But my real message is that I have serendipitously (do I get extra points for all those letters?) found a William Craig. While struggling to enter all the zillions of Michael Ault's descendants from a family book into Ancestral Quest, I chanced on a notation by William CRAIG, clerk, in Estate Book 14, Page 198, October Term 1864, Knox County (TN) Court House. He received a clerk fee of $5.00 for the estate of John Ault. Might be a clue for anyone with Tennessee Craigs. Judy
