Actually he was David William Craig b. June 8, 1841 in Indiana . . . b. Orange County, Indiana. Father was William David Craig b. 1795, Virginia . . . m. Nancy Busick from North Carolina in 1834. They had in addition to William David: Jonathan, Elizabeth J. Thomas W. Mary S., Martha A. and Margaret M. . . . this info from Orange County, Indiana Census 1850. My brick wall is William David Craig b. 1795 in Virginia ........................d. 1855 in Indiana. Think he must have had another wife before Nancy, but have not hit on anything. Both my David William & his brother Thomas W. served with union in Civil War from Indiana. Have been trying to get further back on this line for years ..................... :( Maggie
