    3. RIGHT ANSWER - I fully agree. In every state, there are ballots that do not get counted because of double votes or failure to actually vote, or even don't have a candidate they want for that office so they don't vote for anyone for that office. I don't care what party someone is - when votes are counted and then recounted, and there is no malfunction of the machine . . . continuing to count using unexplained and unidentified criteria is not part of democracy. This is not the first election decided by electoral college instead of popular vote . . . history continues to repeat itself. There are people in the polls from opening to closing who are there to help if you can't read the ballot, don't understand the ballot, or whatever. All a person has to do is ask.
