I have an Eliza Jane Craig, and I was hoping the following info might sound familiar to someone. Eliza was born 28 Feb 1880 and died in the late 1960's. She married Joel E. Ivie 26 Dec 1897. We believe she was born in Arkansas and that her father was Thomas Craig, but so far haven't been able to find them in the census. We have based the year of birth and marriage off of her husband's birth date. We know for sure that Joel was born 2 Jan 1875 in Arkansas, and that he is five years older than she, and that Eliza married Joel when she was only 17. They had at two children: Della Lena Ivie b. 7 Dec 1901 in Oklahoma and Joe E. "Little Joe" Ivie. He died at the age of 3-5 years old. Feel free to e-mail me at eddy.pool@juno.com. Thank you.
