Hello everyone! I am new to this list. Recently my sister and I found out that our great grandfather's name was Clyde Smith Craig, he was born abt. 1887 in Nevada, Vernon County, Missouri. I found him in the 1910 Kansas Census married to my ggrandmother Marie (Johnson) and living with a John M. & Ida L. Craig (who said they were from South Carolina). Then next time that I find Clyde and Marie is when they have a child in El Dorado Springs, Cedar County, MO. Then on the 1920 Census I find him living with his mother in St. Louis, MO. Her name is Maud Parham, I think she must have been widowed by Clyde's father and then again by Mr. Parham. On this census it says that Clyde is divorced. I am unsure of Clyde's fathers name, I think he was born in either Illinois or Kentucky. I also do not know his mother's maiden name, I have guessed that it might be Smith since that is Clyde's middle name but I do know that she was born in Illinois. I also know that Clyde had 4 other siblings but only 3 were alive by 1910. I know that this Craig family did not stay in St. Louis but I have no idea where they went.
